Payments: Payment is due upon receipt for Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order/ Custom items. If invoice is required, payment is due upon receipt. We offer several secure payment methods at checkout to ensure the safety of your personal information. Our payment processors (PayPal and Stripe) take extra steps to keep your data protected.

Processing & Shipping: Processing time varies depending on whether an item is Ready-to-Ship or is Made-to-Order/ Custom. If an item is Ready-to-Ship, it will be shipped out within 1-3 days of received payment. Excluding holidays and weekends. Made-to-Order or Custom items vary in processing and shipment time. We will communicate with you about when your item will ship if it falls into this category. Please enter FULL ADDRESS at checkout. Portia's Offerings is not responsible for an insufficient address submitted by the consumer. If full address is not provided, order will be canceled.

Shipping Rate, Delivery Speed & Tax: We offer a shipping rate of $4.99 + $.50 per additional item ordered as of 5/1/2026. Tax is calculated at checkout. Remember delivery speed is determined solely by the carrier (e.g. USPS) and can range from 3-14 days.

Online Orders & Tracking: Tracking number will be provided with each online order. We do not offer local pickup/delivery at this time.

Returns/Exchanges: All sales are final and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded. We want you to be happy with your purchase from beginning to end, so if your order does not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact us so we can find an acceptable solution. Please note, Portia's Offerings is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the courier nor are we liable for lost/damaged packages caused by courier or consumer.
